What are the advantages of plastic sheet extruders?

1- Use 100% bottle flakes to produce high quality PET sheets.
2- The JOIN-EQUIP system features a decontamination/dehumidification process (approximately one hour) that completely extracts the volatile components still present in the flakes, resulting in flake quality superior to any non-dry co-transfer system.
3- Produce perfect, non-brittle flakes with no IV (intrinsic viscosity) drop during production and no limit on thickness. The sheet thickness was tested to be 1.5 mm.
4- The thickness of thermoformed products can be reduced.
5- There is no limit on the amount of recycled material generated during the thermoforming process. Due to zero viscosity drop, the thermoformed skeleton of PET sheets produced on the sheet extruder line can be reprocessed in an endless production process starting with the first sheet produced on the machine.
6- Effective energy-saving technology with extremely low energy consumption.
